Ms. Rina Reina Andayani Hidayah Radinal Maksum serves as a Commissioner of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk since May 24, 2019. She served as Vice President Director from 2012 until 2015, Director from 2015 until May 12, 2016, and President Director from May 12, 2016 until May 24, 2019. She began her career as an entrepreneur, holding the position of Director and Cofounder of PT Arthayasa Karya Bina Caraka. In 1994, she joined PT Dyandra Promosindo as Chief Executive Officer, and has since held several positions in the Dyandra Group. She was appointed as Commissioner and a member of the Board of Directors in several subsidiaries of the Dyandra Group.
