He has also served as Member of the Management Board of Rivista di Diritto Privato since 1995 and Member of the editorial board of Rivista di Diritto Civile since 2002. He was the founding partner of Studio Legale Gitti ? Pavesi, established in Milan on December 27, 2002. In 1988 he graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Pavia. He is currently Director of Ansaldo STS SpA and Bassilichi SpA, Chairman of Lombarda 24 7 Finance Srl, Lombarda Lease Finance 3 Srl, Lombarda Lease Finance 4 Srl, Metalcam SpA, Director of Sabaf SpA, Deputy Chairman of Tethys Srl, Chairman of UBI Finance 2 Sr and Chairman of UBI Finance 3 Srl.
