Mr. Marco Peruzzi serves as Director of Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development of Edison SpA. In Edison SpA, as Head of the Energy Management Business Unit, he was in charge of the supply, logistics, trading and wholesales of gas, power, fuel and financial derivatives for the Edison Group, including the Edipower tolling he designed and realized. He was also in charge of power plant dispatching, started the Risk Management and the Customer Relationship Management systems, agreed a longterm gas contract with Sonatrach and reviewed the gas portfolio of the company while establishing the gas logistic area. He established and was the CEO of the Edison Trading subsidiary, was Chairman of Volta, a 50%50% joint venture between Edison SpA and Gazprom, Vice President of the Energy Group of Assolombarda. He holds a five years Masters degree in Structural Engineering obtained at the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA obtained at the Kellogg Northwestern University of Evanston with Major in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing.
