She is particularly skilled at handling complex global acquisitions, most recently in Israel and China. Ms. Helms holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. She is a member of the professional Licensing Executives Society, the Healthcare Businesswomen Association and the Women Business Leaders in Healthcare since 2016.
