Mr. Arkadiy Dobkin is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of EPAM Systems, Inc., since December 2002 and is one of our cofounders. After earning a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Belarusian National Technical University, Mr. Dobkin began his career in Minsk, Belarus, where he worked for several emerging software development companies. After immigrating to the United States in 1991, he held technical and leadership positions at Prudential Insurance, ColgatePalmolive and SAP Labs. In 2015, Mr. Dobkin was inducted into the Ernst Young World Entrepreneur of the Year Academy and to the elite Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame. since 2002.
