Mr. Marco Tulio Pellegrini serves as Executive Vice President Executive Aviation and the Member of the Executive Board of Embraer S.A. He was elected on December 5, 2013, with effective from January 1, 2014, to the position of Executive Vice President of Business Executive Jets. He has operated in the aerospace industry for about 25 years, with most of this time at Embraer, where in April 2011 he assumed the position of Vice President of Operations at Executive Aviation . He served as Director for New Programs in Commercial, Industrial and Production Strategy, as Director of Market Intelligence in business aviation, responsible for product strategy, sales support, market assessment, marketing and competitive analysis for business aviation . He was responsible for the industrial architecture and site selection for the new Embraer facilities in Gavio Peixoto, Eugenio de Melo, Melbourne and vora . He has also participated in the ramp up of production from the ERJ 145 aircraft to 20 per month. Prior to joining Embraer, Marco Tulio he worked in VASP, as Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. His experience includes training a year on the premises of McDonnell Douglas Long Beach in research and development. He is a mechanical engineer graduate from FEI and has done Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of So Paulo. since 2013.
