Mr. DiStasio joined Ernst Young in 1969 and became a partner in 1977. He served as a director of EMC Corporation from 2010 until its sale to Dell Technologies, Inc. in 2016. He served as a trustee of NSTAR from 2009 until NSTAR merger with the Company in 2012. He has served as a director of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley and as trustee of each of Catholic Charities of Boston, the Boston Public Library Foundation and the Wang Center for the Performing Arts since 2012.
