Mr. JeanFrancois Bureau serves as Director of Institutional and International Affairs and Member of the Management Committee of Eutelsat Communications SA as of October 17 2011. In 1998 Mr. Bureau set up the Communications and Information Delegation at Frances Ministry of Defence which he managed until 2007 in addition to acting as spokesman. From 2007 to 2010 he was NATO Assistant Secretary General in charge of public diplomacy. He was a General Controller at Frances Ministry of Defence from July 2010. since 2011.
