Mr. Francis C. Poli Esq. is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporationrationrate Secretary of Cohen Steers, Inc. He is executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, oversees the companys legal and compliance department. Prior to joining the company in 2007, Mr. Poli was managing director, chief legal officer, and director of U.S. compliance for Allianz Global Investors.
