Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. McNamara served as our Chief Operating Officer from January 2002 until January 2006, as President, Americas Operations from April 1997 through December 2001, and as Vice President, North American Operations from April 1994 to April 1997. Mr. McNamara currently serves on the board of directors of Workday, Inc. and is on the Advisory Board of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and on the Presidential CEO Advisory Board of Massachusetts Institute of Technology . Mr. McNamara previously served on the board of Delphi Automotive LLP. since 2006.
