Mr. Todd W. House is PresidentNorth America Direct Issuing, U.S. Telematics and Efectivale of FleetCor Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. House served as the president for several of our businesses throughout North America and Mexico, after joining us in April 2009 as our Chief Operating Officer. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. House held various positions, including Chief Financial Officer with Axiant, LLC, a provider of financial services and recovery management solutions. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. House was Vice President and Chief Credit Officer with Carmax, Inc., an automobile retailer. Mr. House was at Capital One from 19932004 in a variety of leadership roles, most recently VP Credit Risk Management. since 2015.
