Since January 2014 Mr. Calcano is one of the managing partners of iCapital Network where he is responsible for the investor network and business development. Previously he was the Founder of i1 Biometrics Inc. an information and technology company focused on the Sports and Military markets devoted to developing protection and performance products and was its Chief Executive Officer from inception in July 2012 until its relocation to Seattle in October 2013. Mr. Calcano was the Chairman of Bite Tech Inc. from January 2012 until July 2012 and was Chief Executive Officer from January 2010 until July 2012. Mr. Calcano was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Calcano Capital Advisors Inc. an advisory and investment firm focusing on the broad technology industry established in June 2007 until January 2010. From 1990 to June 2007 Mr. Calcano was employed by Goldman Sachs Co most recently serving as the cohead of the firms Global Technology Banking Group from 2002 until June 2007 and as the CoCOO of that group from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Calcano was previously a Director of the Company from July 1999 to December 2003. since 2006.
