Mr. Sanford R. Robertson is the Lead Independent Director of Salesforce.com Inc. Mr. Sanford Robertson has served as a Director since October 2003. Mr. Robertson was an active technology investor and advisor to several technology companies. He is a principal of Francisco Partners, a technology buyout fund. Prior to founding Francisco Partners in 1999, Mr. Robertson was the founder and chairman of Robertson, Stephens Company, a technology investment bank. Mr. Robertson was also the founder of Robertson, Colman, Siebel Weisel, later renamed Montgomery Securities, another prominent technology investment bank. Mr. Robertson currently serves as a director of Pain Therapeutics, Inc. and RPX Corporationrationration, and in the past five years, served as a director of Dolby Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Robertson received a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan since 2007.
