Dr. Mike D. Slessor Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer Director of FormFactor Inc. Dr. Slessor has served as a Director since October 2013. Dr. Slessor became our Chief Executive Officer on December 28 2014. Dr. Slessor served as our President from October 2013 to December 27 2014 and as Senior Vice President and General Manager MicroProbe Product Group from October 2012 to October 2013. Before joining FormFactor Dr. Slessor was President and Chief Executive Officer of MicroProbe from July 2008 through the October 2012 closing of FormFactor acquisition of MicroProbe. Prior to joining MicroProbe he held various management productmarketing and applicationsengineering positions in the semiconductor industry primarily with KLATencor since 2014.

FormFactor Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the FormFactor's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: FormFactor inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of FormFactor.
