Mr. James M. Zimmerman is Independent Director of the company. Mr. Zimmerman is currently a member of the Nominating and Corporationrationrate Governance Committee and was a member of the Finance Committee until it was dissolved February 1, 2019. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of The Chubb Corporation since June 2008. Mr. Zimmerman has extensive executive experience in leading a large retail company and strong skills in retail operations, strategic planning and public company executive compensation. Fossil Group Leadership Team
