Mr. Thomas M. McGeehan serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President Finance of the Company. He has served as our Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer since August 2011. From December 2009 until August 2011, Mr. McGeehan was our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From May 2008 to December 2009, Mr. McGeehan was our Interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Mr. McGeehan served as United America Indemnity, Ltd.s Corporationrationrate Controller beginning in September 2005. He joined Global Indemnitys predecessor companies in May 2001 as vice president and controller from Colonial Penn Insurance Company, a subsidiary of General Electric Financial Assurance, where he worked from 1985 until 2001, ultimately serving as assistant vice president finance marketing accounting since 2011.

Elected by the shareholders, the Global Indemnity's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Global Indemnity inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Global.
