Mr. Robert J. Dickey is no longer President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company effective May 7, 2019. Mr. Dickey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. From February 2008 until the separation, he served as President of the U.S. Community Publishing Division of the Companys former parent, formerly the Newspaper Division. Previously, he served as Senior Group President of the Pacific Group of the Companys former parent and Chairman of Phoenix Newspapers, Inc. from 2005 to 2008 President and Publisher of The Desert Sun from 1993 to 2005 and Group Vice President of the Pacific Group of the Companys former parent from 1997 to 2005. Mr. Dickey currently serves on the board of The Associated Press and served as chairman of News Media Alliance from March 2014 until March 2015.
