From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Barger was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Worthington Industries, Inc., a diversified steel processor since 2015.

Barger served on the Board of Directors of Gardner Denver, Inc. and was a member of the Audit Committee for his entire 19year tenure until the company’s sale in July 2013.
