Robert J. Mancuso, CFA, is the small cap portfolio manager for Glenmede Investment Management LP. Mr. Mancuso joined the parent company, The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A., in 1992 as a research analyst. In 1993, he became the Small Cap portfolio manager. He came to GTC after working at the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company for over fourteen years in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Mancuso earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1986, and he is a member of the Financial Analysts Federation of Philadelphia. He graduated from Drexel University in 1980 with a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering.

Small Cap Equity Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Small Cap's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Small Cap inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Small. The board's role is to monitor Small Cap's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Small Cap's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Small Cap's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
