Alessandro Giusti - Geox SpA Non-Executive Lead Independent Director

Dr. Alessandro Antonio Giusti has served as Executive Director and Head of Internal Audit of Geox S.p.A. since 2013. He was appointed NonExecutive Lead Independent Director of the Company on April 21, 2010 and was previously NonExecutive Independent Director of the Company. He is also Member of the Remuneration, Nominating and of the Audit Committees of the Company. He is a business consultant and operates in his office having seats in Prato, Florence and London. He was a member of the Council of Business Consultants Register of Prato as from 1988 to 1991, registered at the National Register of Statutory Auditors, and the Role of Arbitrators of Florence. He is a technical consultant at the Court of Prato for business, corporate, and fiscal matters, and commercial and international law, and a consultant of the criminal judge. He is a financial companies inspector, a member of some technical commissions at the National Board of Business Consultants, and a teacher for the Italian corporate law reform commission. He is Honorary General Consul of Tuscany and Marche to the Principality of Monaco in Florence. Moreover, he is an Auditor in some companies, also listed companies, such as Toscana Finanza SpA, Fidicontrol SpA, Firenze Fiera SpA, Associazione Industriali Pratesi, Armonia Sim SpA, President of the Collegio dei Revisori della Provincia di Prato, President of the Body of Statutory Auditors of APT Firenze Azienda per il Turismo di Firenze, and a consultant of a number of jointventure companies. He graduated in Economics from Universita degli Studi di Firenze. since 2013.
