Mr. Gerard Lamarche was NonExecutive Member of the Board of Directors of LafargeHolcim Ltd since July 10, 2015. He was a Member of the Board of Directors of Lafarge S.A. since 2012 and also a Member of the Audit Committee and is a Member of the Strategy, Investment and Sustainable Development Committee. He is Managing Director of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert SA, Brussels, Belgium. He began his career in 1983 with Deloitte Haskins Sells, Brussels, Belgium, and became a MA consultant in the Netherlands in 1987. In 1988, he joined Socit Gnrale de Belgique, Brussels, Belgium as Investment Manager, became Controller in 1989, and Advisor to the Director of Strategic Planning in 1992. From 1995 to 1997, he was the Secretary of the Executive Committee of Suez, Paris, France, and was later appointed Senior Vice President in charge of Planning, Control and Accounting. In 2000, he joined NALCO as Member of the Board, Senior Executive Vice President, and CFO. He was appointed CFO of the Suez Group in 2003. He is Director of Legrand, Limoges, France, of Total SA, Paris, France, and of SGS, Geneva, Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of LouvainlaNeuve, Belgium, with specialization in Business Administration and Management. He also completed the Advanced Management Program for Suez Group Executives at INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France and took part in the 19981999 Wharton International Forum, Global Leadership Series. since 2015.

Holcim Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Holcim's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Holcim inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Holcim.
