Brenneman is Lead Independent Director of Company. he is a successful business leader who was involved in several wellknown corporate spinoff and turnarounddriven transformations Mr. Brenneman brings to our Board an extensive background in general management of large organizations and expertise in accounting and corporate finance retail supply chain marketing and international matters. Since 2008 Mr. Brenneman has served as Chairman of CCMP Capital Advisors LLC a private equity firm with over 12 billion under management and he was named its President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2015. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TurnWorks Inc. a private equity firm focusing on corporate turnarounds which he founded in 1994. In prior management roles Mr. Brenneman served as Executive Chairman of Quiznos a national quickservice restaurant chain from 2008 to 2010 and as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2008. Prior to joining Quiznos Mr. Brenneman led restructuring and turnaround efforts at Burger King Corporation PwC Consulting a division of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Continental Airlines Inc. that resulted in improved customer service profitability and financial returns. since 2014.
