Mr. Fok Kin Ning serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Power Assets Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to the Board in 1985 and became Chairman in 2005. He is Chairman of The Hongkong Electric Company, Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and a Director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Fok is the Group Managing Director of Hutchison Whampoa Limited, the Deputy Chairman of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited, a Nonexecutive Director of Cheung Kong Limited and a Director of Hutchison International Limited, all being substantial shareholders of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance . He is the Chairman of Hutchison Harbour Ring Limited, Hutchison Telecommunications Limited, Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited and Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited which is the trusteemanager of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust and the CoChairman of Husky Energy Inc. Mr. Fok is also an Alternate Director of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited since 2005.

Power Assets Holdings Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Power Assets' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Power Assets inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Power.
