Mr. Jan Valenta is Executive Director of Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited. He resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 14 October 2014. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective April 15, 2014. He holds Chartered Accountant, Masters Degree in Economics . He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of EVRAZ Highveld on 15 November 2011. He joined the EVRAZ Group in 2010 and held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer in EVRAZ Vitkovice Steel. Before joining EVRAZ, Jan was a Manager at Deloitte providing audit and management consulting services to clients in the Czech Republic and Canada, predominantly focusing on manufacturing clients. Jan is a Chartered Accountant and participated in a wide range of audit engagements, due diligence and projects associated with IFRS implementation. since 2014.
