Mr. Anastasios Parisis Kallitsantsis has served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ellaktor S.A. since 2006. Kallitsantsis holds a degree in Civil Engineering from National Technical University of Athens . He is founding partner and since 2006 Chairman of ELLAKTOR S.A. and active member of the construction industry in Greece since 1976. Anastassios Kallitsantsis is, also, Member of AKTOR SA since 2002, Chairman of ELTECH ANEMOS SA, ViceChairman of ELPEDISON POWER SA, and Managing Director of REDS SA . AKTOR SA is active in the construction sector, ELTECH ANEMOS is in the development and operation of wind farms, ELPEDISON POWER in the thermal electricity generation sector, and REDS is a real estate development company. He is Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises since 2005, Secretary General for the period 20082010 and VicePresident since May 2010. In addition, he is Member of the Board of Directors of SEV Business Council for Sustainable Development since its incorporation, and Chairman of the Board of Hellenic Association of Independent Power Producers since 2006.

ELLAKTOR Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the ELLAKTOR's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: ELLAKTOR inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of ELLAKTOR. The board's role is to monitor ELLAKTOR's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. ELLAKTOR's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, ELLAKTOR's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
