Mr. Dimitrios Athanasios Koutras has served as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ellaktor S.A. since July 12, 2013. He previously served as Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Ellaktor SA. He holds a degree in Mining Engineering from National Technical University of Athens . He is director of geotechnical projects in EDOKETER from 1968 to 1977. In 1978, he was appointed Vicepresident and Project Director of AKTOR SA and later ViceChairman and General Manager of the same company. Over the past seven years he was the Chairman and General Director of AKTOR SA. Since 1999, he has also been the Chairman of ATTIKI ODOS SA. In May of 2002, with the spinoff of Elliniki Technodomiki and TEB construction sectors and their transfer to Aktor, he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of ELLAKTOR SA. In June 2002, with the merger of Elliniki Technodomiki with TEB, he was appointed Member of ELLAKTOR and Chairman of Reds SA Board.
