Mr. Gordon S. Marr is Group Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Hansard Global Plc. Gordon was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 January 2013, having been appointed Managing Director of the Company on 1 July 2009. Gordon has previously served as Group Counsel and as an Executive Director. Gordon joined the Group in 1988. He is a Solicitor and a member of the Law Society. since 2013.

Hansard Global Plc Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Hansard Global's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Hansard Global inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Hansard. The board's role is to monitor Hansard Global's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Hansard Global's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Hansard Global's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
