Dr. A. Zafer Incecik serves as Member of the Board of Haci Omer Sabanci Holding AS. He is also Member of the Audit and Governance committees of the Company. Having completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul Dr. Incecik is an alumnus of the St. Georges Austrian High School. He started his college education in Vienna and completed a degree on Electrical Engineering at the Istanbul Technical University. He received his degree from the Vienna University of Technology in the field of semiconductor physics. Dr. Incecik has patents and articles published during the periods he was in Austria and Germany and was awarded Grand Medals of Honor by the Austrian and German States.

Haci Omer Sabanci Leadership Team
