He is also nonexecutive Vice Chairman of Bank of Communications Co., Limited and an independent nonexecutive Director of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. Other appointments include President of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and First Vice President, Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee and Nominating Committee of The Community Chest of Hong Kong. since 2015.
