Mr. Wayne C. Pensky is no longer Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company., effective September 1, 2017. From April 2007 to May 2016, Mr. Pensky was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Pensky served as Vice President, Finance and Controller of our Composites global business unit since 1998. From 1993 to 1998 Mr. Pensky was our Corporationrationrate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Hexcel in 1993, Mr. Pensky was a partner at Arthur Andersen Co., where he had been employed since 1979.
