Mr. Barry Diller is a Chairman of the Board and Senior Executive of IACInterActiveCorporation Mr. Diller previously served as a director and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IAC from August 1995 to November 2010. Mr. Diller also serves as Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia Inc. which position he has held since August 2005. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Diller was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of QVC Inc. from December 1992 through December 1994. From 1984 to 1992 Mr. Diller served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Inc. Prior to joining Fox Inc. Mr. Diller served for 10 years as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pictures Corporationrationration. Mr. Diller served as Chairman of the board of directors of Live Nation Entertainment Inc. from August 2008 to October 2010 and continued to serve as a member of the board of directors of Live Nation through January 2011. Mr. Diller also served as Chairman and Senior Executive of TripAdvisor Inc. from December 2011 to December 2012 served as a member of the board of directors of TripAdvisor from December 2011 through April 2013 and has served as a special advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of TripAdvisor since April 2013. Mr. Diller is also currently a member of the board of directors of The CocaCola Company and Graham Holdings Company which positions he has held during the past five years. In addition to his for profit affiliations Mr. Diller is a member of the Board of Councilors for the University of Southern Californias School of Cinematic Arts the New York University Board of Trustees and the Executive Board for the Medical Sciences of University of California Los Angeles. since 2010.
