Mr. Brian Martin Schwartz AM has resigned as Independent NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of the Company. effective 31 March 2016. He is also Chairman of Insurance Manufacturers of Australia Pty Limited a general insurance underwriting joint venture with RACV Ltd. He is a NonExecutive Director of Brambles Limited the Deputy Chairman of Westfield Group Limited the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Football Federation Australia Limited and the Deputy Chairman of Carindale Property Trust. He was Chief Executive of Investec Bank Ltd from 2005 to 2009. Previously he was with Ernst Young Australia from 1979 to 2004 becoming its chief executive in 1998. He was Member of Ernst Young global board and managing partner of the Oceania region. He was appointed as Member of the Order of Australia in 2004 for his services to business and the community. He was previously Member of the Federal Government Australian Multicultural Advisory Council. He was Director of Brambles Limited since March 13 2009 Westfield Group including Westfield Management Limited since May 6 2009 and IAG Finance Limited since August 26 2010. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
