Mr. David Blumberg is no longer Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the Company effective December 15 2016. He has served as our Head of Strategic Development since February 2009 and has served as our Executive Vice PresidentHead of Strategic Development since August 2009. From March 2015 to July 2015 Mr. Blumberg served as our Interim Chief Financial Officer. From November 2006 through January 2009 Mr. Blumberg served our company as a fulltime consultant overseeing our merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining our company as a consultant from 2005 through October 2006 Mr. Blumberg worked as a consultant to LF Management Ltd. an affiliate of Li Fung LimitedLF USA. Prior to joining Li Fung from January 1997 to November 1999 Mr. Blumberg was president and managing directorinvestment banking of Wit Capital Inc. an online investment bank.
