Mr. Carl C. Icahn is Chairman of the Board of Icahn Enterprises GP, the General Partner of Icahn Enterprises LP. He has served chairman of the board and a director of various subsidiaries of Starfire, since 1984. Since August 2007, through his position as Chief Executive Officer of Icahn Capital LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P. and Icahn Enterprises Holdings L.P. and certain related entities, Mr. Icahn principal occupation is managing the private investment funds comprising our Investment segment.
