Mr. Buthman is a disciplined financial leader with a track record of allocating capital in shareholderfriendly ways and his insight is extremely valuable to our Board of Directors and management. Mr. Buthman received a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Iowa. Mr. Buthman is a director of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. since 2016.
