Ms. Cecilia H. Herbert serves as an Independent Trustee of Ishares Dow Jones US Medical Devices Index Fund since 2005. Ms. Herbert has served as a Director of iShares, Inc. since 2005 and a Director of iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index Fund, Inc. since 2010. She is Director of the Board of the Catholic Charities CYO, among the Bay Areas private social services organizations serving the homeless, poor, aged, families, children and AIDSHIV victims, on which she has served since 1998.
