Mr. JeanMarc Espalioux was an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Fonciere Inea SA since May 10, 2011 and is also a Member of the Company Audit Committee. A graduate of Ecole Nationale dAdministration and a Public Finance Auditor, he joined Compagnie Generale des Eaux in 1984 and became its Financial Director in 1987, Member of the Executive Committee in 1994 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 1996. He was also in charge of the restructure of the real estate branch from 1993. Mr. Espalioux then served as Chairman of the Management Board of Accor from 1997 to 2006. In July 2006, he was appointed as Chairman of Financiere Agache Private Equity, a whollyowned subsidiary of Groupe Arnault, and as Advisor of Permiar . He also holds the following mandates Director of Air FranceKLM and Chairman of its Remuneration Committee and Member of its Nominating Committee, Member of the Supervisory Board of Groupe Flo, and Member of the Steering Committee of FSIFrance Investissement . His previous mandates include Director of Veolia Environnement from 2001 to 2009, and Credit Lyonnais from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Espalioux is a Chevalier dans lOrdre National de la Legion dHonneur and an Officier dans lOrdre National du Merite. since 2011.

Fonciere Inea Leadership Team
