From 1998 until 2000, he was Vice President Finance Corporationrationrate Development of Unimin Corporation, a producer of industrial minerals. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Jennings was employed by Cameron International Corporation as Director, Acquisitions and Corporationrationrate Finance. Mr. Jennings also serves as Chief Executive Officer and on the Board of Directors of Holly Energy Partners, a NYSElisted master limited partnership partially owned by HollyFrontier Corporation since 2010.
