Mr. Jack M. Fields Jr., is an Independent Trustee of the Company. Mr. Fields served as a member of Congress, representing the 8th Congressional District of Texas from 1980 to 1997. Mr. Fields cosponsored the National Securities Markets Improvements Act of 1996, and played a leadership role in enactment of the Securities Litigation Reform Act. Mr. Fields currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the TwentyFirst Century Group, Inc. in Washington, D.C., a bipartisan Washington consulting firm specializing in Federal government affairs. Mr. Fields also serves as a Director of Insperity, Inc., a premier professional employer organization with clients nationwide. In addition, Mr. Fields sits on the Board of the Discovery Channel Global Education Fund, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational resources to people in need around the world through the use of technology since 1997.
