Mr. Daniel W. Houser CPA is no longer Chief Financial Officer Executive Vice President Treasurer of the Company effective November 30 2016. Mr. Houser served as a Senior Vice President beginning in June 2009. He became Chief Financial Officer in February 2009 and was a Vice President since 2004. Prior to his appointment as our Chief Financial Officer Mr. Houser had been our Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for over five years. since 2015.

International Speedway Leadership Team

The board's role is to monitor International Speedway's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
