Mr. Huseyin Yalcin has served as Independent Member of the Board of Turkiye Is Bankasi Anonim Sirketi since March 29, 2013. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Economics Department. He began his professional career as an elementary school teacher in 1966. Subsequently, he served as an Officer at Disbank and Turkish Emlak Kredi Bank. Between 1977 and 1990, he worked as Inspector, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager and Manager of Izmir Region Foreign Operations at Ziraat Bank. From 1990 to 2000, he also served as Deputy Chief Executive and General Manager Consultant at Development Bank of Turkey. From 2000 until 2002, after the transfer of banks to SDIF, he served as Senior Deputy Chief Executive at Yurtbank, Deputy Chief Executive at Sumerbank, Deputy Chief Executive at Kent Portfoy and General Manager Consultant at Toprakbank. He was elected to Isbanks Board of Directors on 31 March 2011 and 28 March 2014 he was elected Independent Member of the Board of Directors on 29 March 2013 and 28 March 2014. since 2013.
