Mr. Noah J. Walley has served as CoHead of Patricia Industries and Member of the Extended Management Group of Investor AB since January 17, 2017. He has previously been the Head of Patricia Industries in North America since 2015. Noah joined Investor in 2003 as a Managing Director for Investor Growth Capital, and between 2005 and 2015 led its information technology investing activities in North America. He was General Partner at Morgan Stanley, Consultant at McKinsey and Investment Banker at N M Rothschild Sons. He serves as Director of BraunAbility, Better Finance, Pulsepoint and Retail Solutions. He holds B.A. and M.A. in History, Oxford University and J.D. from Stanford University Law School. since 2017.

Elected by the shareholders, the Investor's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Investor inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Investor. The board's role is to monitor Investor's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
