He served on the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees at Kimpton Group Holdings. Mr. Forman received a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. Forman is a JBG Board Designee. since 2017.
