Mr. George R. Oliver is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He previously served as our President and Chief Operating Officer following the completion of the merger. Prior to that, Mr. Oliver was Tycos Chief Executive Officer, a position he held since September 2012. He joined Tyco in July 2006, serving as president of Tyco Safety Products from 2006 to 2010 and as president of Tyco Electrical Metal Products from 2007 through 2010. He was appointed president of Tyco Fire Protection in 2011. Before joining Tyco, he served in operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility at several General Electric divisions since 2017.
