Mr. Luiz Henrique de Oliveira Rimes has served as Member of the Executive Board and Chief Business Officer of Joao Fortes Engenharia SA since February 12, 2008. He initiated his career at Gafisa in 1980. In 1989, he managed the opening of a branch of Gafisa in Belo Horizonte. He went to Portugal on behalf of a company formed between Gafisa and Multiplan, which led to the construction of Cascais Shopping. Back in Brazil, he established himself in Sao Paulo, where he was Manager of Incorporation. In 1995, he began working in the area of consulting, including a venture in Orlando, the Emarald Point, Florida. From 2003 to 2005, he served as Director of Sales in Patrimovel Consultoria Imobiliaria. In 2006, he went back to Gafisa, this time to lead the office in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo. He graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes in 1979. since 2008.
