Mr. Jonathan H. Chou is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the Company. He was the Company Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer since December 2010. Mr. Chou was a director of Microport Scientific Corporationrationration, a medical product company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, since September 2010 since 2016.

Kulicke and Soffa Leadership Team
