Mr. Lothar Rentschler is Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Isis Mr. Rentschler served as the vicepresident of marketing at Gameforge Productions GmbH. Gameforge was founded in 2002 and has become one of the largest online gaming companies with over 400 million registered players and 500 staff members providing its product suites in over 50 languages globally. Mr. Rentschler has served in a number of highprofile marketing roles. He was chief marketing officer of Full Tilt Poker a highly recognized global online gaming brand with over 700 employees globally achieving a multibilliondollar valuation. During his tenure with Bacardi Global Brands Mr. Rentschler served as internal chairman of the ebusiness group and global director of emarketing and ecommerce. Mr. Rentschler extensive experience in the online gaming industry includes the creation of key marketing solutions structuring and management of global marketing departments leading international marketing communications strategies and portal and retention services. A globally recognized marketing executive Mr. Rentschler was the recipient of numerous awards including campaign of the year best use of television branded content and international media. He also received the FABulous award and Web award for the most outstanding achievement in Web development and the World Bronze Medal at the New York Festivals International Advertising Awards since 2014.
