Dr. E. Gordon Gee is Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Gee is currently the President of West Virginia University, a large public research institution. Prior to his current service at West Virginia University, he led several other major universities, including The Ohio State University, Vanderbilt University, Brown University, the University of Colorado, and West Virginia University . Dr. Gee also currently serves as a director of the National 4H Council. He previously served as a director of the Company from 1992 to 2008, as a director of Hasbro, Inc., a brandedplay company, from 1999 until 2010, and as a director of Bob Evans Farms, Inc., an owner and operator of family restaurants, from 2009 until 2014. Dr. Gees nomination is supported by his extensive executive and management experience, as well as his legal expertise and knowledge of the Company gained through his prior service as a director. since 2016.
