Mr. Lippert became Chief Executive Officer of the Company in May 2013, and was Chief Executive Officer of Lippert Components since February 2003. Mr. Lippert has over 20 years of experience with the Company and its subsidiaries, and has served in a wide range of leadership positions. Mr. Lippert has particular knowledge of the industries and customers to which we sell our products, as well as extensive experience with strategic planning, acquisitions, marketing, manufacturing, and sale of our products. since 2019.
