Mr. Ralph G. DAmbrosio is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. Mr. DAmbrosio became our Chief Financial Officer in January 2007 and a Senior Vice President in April 2010. From March 2005 to January 2007, he was Vice President Finance and Principal Accounting Officer, and he continued to be our Principal Accounting Officer until April 2008. He became Controller in August 2000 and a Vice President in July 2001 and was Vice President and Controller until March 2005. He joined L3 in August 1997 and was Assistant Controller until July 2000. Prior to joining L3, he was a senior manager at Coopers Lybrand LLP, where he held a number of positions since 1989 since 2010.

JX Luxventure Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the JX Luxventure's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: JX Luxventure inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of LLL.
